1 Definitions & General Provisions

In this document, "fkd9", "we", or "platform" refers to the website https://fkd9.lat and its associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any member registered on the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final. fkd9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on fkd9, you must be at least 21 years old. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. In the event of false information, fkd9 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance. If documentation is requested for identity verification, you must provide it.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. fkd9 is not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

fkd9 supports the commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn through the registered method used for deposit; withdrawal via a different method is not possible.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions, fkd9 may place a hold on withdrawals until account verification is complete.

For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on the bank. Some transactions may require additional verification in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

fkd9 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus; total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus; total balance ৳37,000.

Wagering requirement:

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met.
• If the set period for completing the wagering requirement expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• fkd9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotion terms at any time.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

fkd9's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and engagement with the platform. Full details on VIP benefits are available in the VIP section of the platform. fkd9 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel VIP benefits for any reason.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting and casino gaming are available on fkd9. All bets or games must be placed voluntarily and at your own responsibility.

6.1 Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• fkd9 reserves the right to cancel or correct payments on incorrect odds or results issued unintentionally due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is abandoned or postponed, fkd9's decision regarding the related bet is final.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network outage, the balance will be determined according to fkd9's server logs.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated methods is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse will result in account termination.
• Claiming bonuses or conducting betting activity through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7 Personal Data & Privacy

All personal information you provide is stored and processed in accordance with fkd9's Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

fkd9 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a controlled form of entertainment.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, or a temporary Self-Exclusion on your own account.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, please contact our support team.
• fkd9 maintains strict age verification measures to protect minors.

9 Prohibited Use & Account Closure

fkd9 may suspend or permanently close an account and forfeit any balance for any of the following activities:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting activity.
• Depositing from a third party's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Inappropriate behavior toward other members or staff.

To contest an account closure decision, contact our support team. fkd9 will communicate a final decision following a reasonable investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

fkd9 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, fkd9 is not liable in the following situations:

• Internet connection outages or failures of third-party services.
• Unexpected technical issues or force majeure events.
• Problems caused by the user's own device or connection.
• Losses resulting from sharing login credentials with others.

fkd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game or service on the platform at any time for maintenance.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Our team provides assistance in Bengali and English 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]).

If the matter remains unresolved after contacting the support team, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the applicable legal process.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

fkd9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. This document constitutes the complete agreement between fkd9 and the user and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
